This famous Trattoria in Florence serves pasta, pork, beef and others.
We shared a table with two other people in the crowded restaurant. With barely any space separating us and the other tables, we ordered quickly.
I loved the pork chop.
It was clear that they used a high heat grill to cook all their meats. The piece had a small piece of bone and was burned to perfection. A dash of acidic taste from the lemon goes so well with this pork. Tender and juicy, it was clear this Trattoria have been making these pork chops for a long time.
Other tables were ordering the large Fiorentina steak and eating the pastas. This place is a must go in Florence, but a queue should be expected.
