Calabascio is a seafood focused Italian restaurant. I enjoyed the seafood pasta served at this restaurant. It came folded like an origami in aluminum foil. As I opened it up, I was delighted to see an array of mussels, clams and sea bass atop of spaghetti doused in tomato sauce. The aluminum foil holds the liquid at the bottom of the spaghetti from leaking. This liquid is where all the seafood broth lies and further flavors the spaghetti. For seafood enthusiasts with a large appetite, this is a perfect dish.
